LIMITED WARRANTY

SLING-LIGHT camp chairs are warranted by FREEFORM R&D to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use ( rental use excluded) for TWO YEARS after date of purchase. Any part which is determined to be defective by FREEFORM will be repaired or replaced at Freeform’s option.
Chairs under warranty to be evaluated for repair or replacement should be shipped to Freeform, shipping cost prepaid. Freeform will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Except no warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as stated in the LIMITED WARRANTY above is made or authorized by Freeform. Freeform’s liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid.

FREEFORM R&D REPAIR POLICY

We will be happy to replace any part of the chair that is damaged or worn that is not covered by our warranty for a reasonable charge and shipping costs. Please feel free to consult us and send photos, with any questions or suggestions you might have. Repaired chairs will generally be shipped back to you via U.P.S. or U.S.P.S., within one week of our receiving same.
