Any part which is determined to be defective by FREEFORM will be repaired or replaced at Freeform&#8217;s option.<br \/>Chairs under warranty to be evaluated for repair or replacement should be shipped to Freeform, shipping cost prepaid. Freeform will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Except no warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as stated in the LIMITED WARRANTY above is made or authorized by Freeform.
