How repairs work
- Email us before you send it, so we’re expecting the chair and headrest.
- Sling replacement is $60, which includes the headrest cover and return shipping via USPS with signature required and tracking.
- Pay via Freeform’s PayPal invoice and your account, or by credit card if you don’t have PayPal.
- Blue slings only at this time for repairs.
A few minutes of prep saves time on both ends.
Clean the frame
Remove the sling and scrub the frame with a little dish soap and water, using a 3M-type scrub pad to remove grime and corrosion.
Remove the labels
Peel off labels with a plastic or wood scraper — not a knife, to avoid scratching the frame. We’ll remove any remaining adhesive.
Box it right
Keep the box under 27 x 3 x 17″ (1,377 cu. in.) for the lowest dimensional-weight rate. No original box? A flattened and re-scored Home Depot moving box (22x16x15″) works well.
For more than one chair, you can cut down and re-score a larger box — about 1½″ per additional chair in depth. California shipping addresses are subject to CA sales tax. We have blue and forest green slings available. Once you place an order, we’ll send a Freeform/PayPal invoice you can pay with your PayPal account or a standard credit-card transaction.
