Limited warranty.
Sling-Light camp chairs are warranted by Freeform R&D to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for two years from date of purchase.
What’s covered
Any part determined to be defective by Freeform will be repaired or replaced at Freeform’s option. Rental use is excluded from this warranty.
Chairs under warranty should be shipped to Freeform for evaluation, shipping cost prepaid by the sender. Freeform will make a good-faith effort toward prompt correction or other adjustment for any product proving defective within the warranty period.
Except as stated above, no warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, is made or authorized by Freeform. Freeform’s liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid.
Freeform R&D repair policy
We will happily replace any part of the chair that is damaged or worn and not covered by warranty, for a reasonable charge plus shipping. Feel free to consult us and send photos with any questions or suggestions.
Repaired chairs generally ship back within one week of our receiving them, via UPS or USPS.
